From junction 62 head East on the A690 for 200mtrs then at the traffic lights turn right into Carrville High Street , Drive 500 yards and we are directly opposite ‘Holiways’ Ford car Dealership. On street parking is available with no restrictions.

How to find us: Premier Physio, in association with the Freeman's Quay gym, is found in the center of Durham City, on the banks of the river wear. Exit A1M (J62) taking the A690 West to Durham City Centre. After the 2nd roundabout stay on the A690 and take immediate left after passing under bridge onto Walkergate (one way street). Follow the road round under the Bridge. The gym is on the right hand side, with parking on the left.

How to find us: Approaching directly from Testo’s roundabout (A19), travel approximately 3 miles along Front Street/ Sunderland Road (A184). Continue past the ‘Grey Horse’ pub, and then turn left at the traffic lights onto Station Road. Premier Physio is located 50 yards on the right, next door to ‘Bathrooms Today’ and ‘Café Bangla’.
